Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and workplace issues.
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, contracts, attendance, leave, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and MOHRE processes.
• Coordinate with junior admin staff to support day-to-day HR activities.
