Job summary

TASC Outsourcing seeks an experienced HR Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations across employee lifecycle management, onboarding, documentation, employee relations, HR administration, and coordination with internal stakeholders in the UAE.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain records, support visa processes, HRIS, payroll inputs, and help implement HR policies while ensuring UAE labour requirements are met and data confidentiality is maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HR Operations / HR Administration / Employee Relations.
• Good understanding of the employee lifecycle.
• Knowledge of UAE HR practices and labour processes preferred.
• Strong documentation and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with HRIS / HR systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, letters, and HR documentation.
• Support visa, medical, insurance, and other employment-related processes.
• Maintain accurate HR files, trackers, and HRIS records.
• Coordinate probation confirmations, renewals, transfers, and employee status changes.
• Support attendance, leave, and payroll-related inputs.
• Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Support performance-management and employee-engagement activities.
• Coordinate with PRO, payroll, finance, recruitment, and other internal teams.
• Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and UAE labour requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
• Support grievance handling and employee-relations activities.
• Assist with recruitment and interview coordination when required.
• Contribute to HR process improvements and policy implementation.
