Qualifications

• 2-4+ years full-cycle HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of regional employee benefits (EMEA or APAC).
• Knowledge of employment regulations in the region.
• Basic Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data presentation.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR lifecycle for international regions and backup for Americas.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees for designated units.
• Ensure compliance through training and probation reviews.
• Administer performance management, promotions, and transfers.
• Conduct investigations and analyze turnover, eNPS and metrics.
• Prepare HR presentations for wide-scale meetings.
• Lead AI initiatives within HR to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, Payroll and HR Operations teams.
• Support MOHRE-related visits and collaborate with Legal on MOHRE matters.
• Manage Ejari registrations and renewals for offices.
