Hilton is seeking an Assistant HR & L&D Manager in Dubai to enhance daily HR operations, lead engagement initiatives, and support learning and development. You will work to ensure compliance with policies, coordinate events, and supervise team members to foster a positive hospitality culture.

Ideal candidates bring experience in HR functions, global hospitality standards, and a passion for light, warm service.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting recruitment, training, compensation, benefits.
• Experience with team member relations, labor relations, and compliance.
• Ability to generate reports on HR metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in daily HR operations, including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, team member relations, labor relations, compliance, safety and performance management.
• Coordinate recognition programs, events and engagement initiatives to foster a positive culture.
• Oversee HR data entry, track employment transitions, training records and corrective actions; generate HR reports.
• Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching and maintain a positive workplace environment.
