Qualifications

• Must have extensive HR leadership experience in a hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment, learning, compensation, benefits, safety and labor relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations across recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations and compliance.
• Foster team member engagement and implement recognition programs to build a positive workplace culture.
• Manage HR systems, data accuracy, reporting and policy adherence to local regulations.
• Lead and develop HR team: coaching, performance reviews and professional development.
