Qualifications

• Minimum of eight (8) years experiences as Director of Human Resources in UAE, preferably ultra-luxury hotel/hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour market, employment legislation and cultural diversity.
• Deep understanding of HR best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication and counselling skills.
• High integrity, discretion and emotional intelligence.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Masters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy to align with ultra-luxury positioning and brand values.
• Advise General Manager and Executive Committee on people-related matters.
• Oversee Talent Acquisition, onboarding, retention and succession planning.
• Oversee Learning & Development and leadership capability programs.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and positive work culture.
• Manage compensation, benefits, payroll and benchmarking.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
