Job summary

AS Ventures is seeking an HR Onboarding & Experience Specialist in Dubai to design and manage onboarding for new hires across its ventures. The role covers hardware setup, policy orientation, and early-week check-ins to ensure a smooth start.

You will maintain employee records, oversee leave balances, support visa and DIFC compliance, and assist with payroll and benefits inquiries while advancing digitization of HR processes for scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in customer service or customer experience roles.
• Certification in Customer Experience Management or related field.
• Experience in a fast-paced industry, such as tech or retail.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate onboarding experiences for new hires across ventures, including hardware setup, policy orientation, and first-week check-ins.
• Maintain accurate employee records, track leave balances, and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, DIFC regulations, and visa processes.
• Assist in processing monthly payroll data, manage health insurance enrollments, and resolve benefits inquiries.
• Organize internal events, town halls, and wellness initiatives to build a cohesive community across the holding group and startup teams.
• Maintain HRIS and digitize manual workflows to scale HR operations.
