Job summary

Accorhotel in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HR professional to lead recruitment, onboarding, and development initiatives. You will coordinate performance management, HR administration and employee relations across the organization, partnering with managers to drive engagement and culture.

The role requires knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HRIS, and analytics, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years in HR, talent development, or people operations.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management and employee lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, orientations and onboarding plans.
• Maintain onboarding records and ensure documentation and training compliance.
• Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external programs.
• Support performance appraisal, goal setting and development actions.
• Maintain HR records, reports and compliance with policies.
• Assist with employee communications and HR projects.
