Job summary

Rixos Hotels in Ras Al-Khaimah is seeking a People & Culture Executive to manage payroll inputs, attendance, recruitment, onboarding and employee relations. You will ensure accurate HR records, confidential data handling and compliance with payroll deadlines.

The role involves coordinating with department heads, handling visa processes and supporting continuous improvement of People & Culture policies in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in People & Culture or payroll-related role (hospitality preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field preferred.
• Strong payroll, attendance and data privacy practices.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly payroll, attendance, deductions, and leaves.
• Maintain payroll records, personal details, bank info and salary docs.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process, screening and offers.
• Coordinate with PRO for visas and onboarding of new hires.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and documentation for new staff.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures and service standards are followed.
• Maintain confidential employee files and HR databases.
• Conduct audits of payroll docs and HR processes for accuracy and compliance.
