Job summary

Rixos Hotels in Dubai is seeking a People & Culture Executive to support payroll administration, employee records, recruitment, onboarding and staff relations. You will ensure payroll inputs, attendance data and HR documentation are accurate and processed on time.

The role involves handling recruitment from screening to offers, coordinating visas with the PRO, facilitating onboarding, and maintaining confidential files.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in People & Culture or payroll-related role, preferably in hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge and experience using Oasys HRMS is required.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll by collecting and verifying attendance, overtime, deductions, allowances and unpaid leave.
• Ensure payroll information is accurate, documented and submitted by deadlines.
• Maintain confidential employee records, personal details, and salary-related documents.
• Coordinate with department heads to resolve attendance discrepancies and leave records.
• Assist employees with payroll inquiries and address salary-related concerns professionally.
• Prepare payroll reports and HR management information as required.
• Conduct audits of payroll documents and HR processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage full recruitment cycle from screening to offers and communication with candidates.
• Coordinate with the PRO for employment visas and onboarding of new staff.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation, training materials and documentation.
