Job summary

Accor in Abu Dhabi is seeking a People & Development Executive to partner with managers on recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.

The role covers learning and development, performance management, HR administration, and engagement initiatives, requiring 3–5 years in HR and solid communication skills. You will maintain records and contribute to organizational development projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in HR, talent development, or related field.
• Proven ability to design, coordinate, and deliver training programs.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employee lifecycle best practices.
• Experience with performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding plans and documentation.
• Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external programs.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and handle HR policy queries.
• Facilitate annual and periodic performance appraisal processes.
• Maintain confidential HR records and prepare HR documents.
• Assist with HR projects, reports and organizational development initiatives.
