Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi is seeking a People & Development Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, engagement, performance management, HR administration and compliance. You will partner with managers to deliver training programs, monitor training records, run performance reviews, and help shape a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR or People Ops, UAE Labour Law knowledge, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office; Bachelor's degree

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional HR or People Operations experience.
• Experience designing and coordinating training programs.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
• Experience with performance management and employee relations.
• UAE Labour Law knowledge and HR compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in data reporting and HR analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, orientations and onboarding plans.
• Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs.
• Maintain training records and monitor participation and completion.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR queries.
• Coordinate annual and periodic performance appraisal processes.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
