Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in HR, talent development, or people operations.
• Experience designing and delivering training and development programs.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employee lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage performance, engagement initiatives, and development programs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding plans, and maintain records.
• Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external programs.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and handle queries confidentially.
• Assist with annual and periodic performance reviews and goal setting.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management.
• Support HR projects and process improvements.
