Job summary

Edge in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced HR professional to manage the end-to-end performance management cycle, lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The role requires a strong grasp of UAE labour laws, HR best practices, and the ability to drive engagement and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will maintain HR records, generate key metrics, and support workforce planning and talent management under the Head of Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or specialist role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end performance management lifecycle (goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, calibration, reporting).
• Lead recruitment activities: job postings, screenings, interview scheduling, assessments, offers.
• Support onboarding, maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Generate HR metrics on recruitment, engagement, turnover, headcount; ensure compliance with policies and labour regulations.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities, recognition programmes, and culture improvements.
• Collaborate with leaders to enhance people processes and organizational effectiveness.
