Job summary

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking a Relationship Officer to build strong ties with key employers in targeted sectors across Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on sourcing payroll accounts and cross-selling assets such as Covered Cards and Personal Finance, while meeting monthly targets and maintaining high service standards.

You will develop HR/Finance relationships in government entities, multinationals, and large corporates, conduct onboarding sessions, and ensure adherence to policy while

Qualifications

• Multi-products sales experience in payroll or employee banking.
• Good knowledge of retail banking service standards and sales.
• General awareness of competitors in local/regional market.
• Driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Source payroll accounts from targeted sectors and achieve monthly targets.
• Cross-sell Covered Cards and Personal Finance products to employers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR/Finance/Admin in major clients.
• Conduct marketing/kiosk/onboarding sessions at targeted employers.
• Visit potential employers to finalize business deals within ADIB policies.
• Prepare files and ensure accuracy of documents for processing.
• Ensure timely service and adhere to office timings and data confidentiality.
• Escalate delays or issues to management when needed.
