Job summary

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Customer Relationship Officer for an outsourced buffer role. You will manage deposits and finance accounts, handle inquiries, and ensure proper form completion under KYC and CB guidelines.

You will also focus on selling ADIB products, promoting the bank’s image, supervising staff, and coordinating training and appraisals, with other tasks assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Banking financial products & services.
• Thorough knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Credit & Operational Policies & Procedures.
• Good Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks.
• Thorough Knowledge of all the Regulations issued by Central Bank of UAE.
• General awareness of competitors in the local market.
• Fair knowledge of service standards.
• Training skills.

• Management Information skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage deposits and finance account documentation, handling inquiries and ensuring proper form completion while observing KYC and CB instructions.
• Sell and cross-sell ADIB’s products and promote the bank’s image through service delivery.
• Manage subordinates, plan training and appraisal of staff.
• Perform other tasks specified by Management.
