Job summary

ADIB – Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking a Customer Relationship Officer for the BR-Al Qusais Branch in Dubai. You will manage deposit and finance product queries, ensure KYC compliance, and maintain customer files while delivering warm, high-quality service to clients.

You will sell and cross-sell ADIB’s financial products, support branch sales targets, and coordinate staff activities including training and appraisals.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Banking products and services.
• Thorough knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Credit & Operational Policies & Procedures.
• Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks.
• Thorough knowledge of all Central Bank of UAE regulations.
• General awareness of competitors in the local market.
• Fair knowledge of service standards.
• Training skills.
• Sales skills.
• Management information skills.

Responsibilities

• Deposit account documentation.
• Handle inquiries related to deposit accounts; open/close accounts; complete forms; observe KYC and CB instructions.
• Finance account documentation.
• Handle inquiries related to finance and covered cards; maintain customer files; prepare finance applications; obtain approvals; input data.
• Sales: manage service delivery; sell and cross-sell ADIB’s products; promote ADIB’s image.
• Staff management and coordination; plan training and appraisal of subordinates.
• Perform other tasks as specified by Management.
