Job summary

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identification and complete preregistration and registration
• Perform insurance eligibility checks and explain out-of-pocket costs
• Obtain patient signatures and distribute rights documents
• Manage appointment scheduling and reminders
• Handle cash collection and billing transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and confidentiality
• Address inquiries and de-escalate complaints
• Support front-desk operations and general admin tasks
