Job summary

Tanqeeb Healthcare Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Front Office Executive to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will manage registrations, appointments, and check-in/check-out processes, ensuring a welcoming and efficient patient journey.

The role requires fluency in Arabic and English, professional communication, and strong organizational skills to handle multi-line calls, payments, and confidential records in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Previous experience in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, or Patient Relations role.
• Experience within a hospital/healthcare setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage patient registrations, appointments, and check-in/check-out processes.
• Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Verify patient information and maintain accurate records within the hospital information system.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling, insurance-related queries, and general information.
• Handle cash, payments, and billing transactions in accordance with organizational policies.
• Address patient concerns professionally and elevate issues when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with healthcare regulations.
• Ensure the reception and waiting areas are organized, presentable, and welcoming at all times.
