Job summary

Metabolic in Dubai is seeking a Patient Affairs Specialist to be the first point of contact from registration to checkout, ensuring a welcoming, efficient patient journey.

You will handle registrations, insurance verification, appointments, inquiries, and coordinate with clinical, pharmacy and billing teams, while upholding DHA standards and patient privacy.

This role requires UAE experience, English fluency, and strong organizational skills to maintain smooth front desk operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; diploma acceptable in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field.
• 2+ years UAE front desk, patient affairs or healthcare customer service experience.
• Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus; proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Patient Reception & Registration: Welcome patients, register, update records, verify insurance and manage documents.
• Patient Experience & Communication: Answer inquiries, guide patients through clinic process, address concerns, support multilingual interactions.
• Administrative & Operational Support: Coordinate front desk, patient flow, scheduling, data privacy, and cross-functional collaboration.
