Job summary

Metabolic is seeking a Patient Affairs Specialist in Dubai to serve as the first contact for patients, handling registration, documentation, and inquiries. You will coordinate with clinical, pharmacy, and billing teams to ensure a seamless patient journey in a high-standard healthcare setting.

Ideal candidates have UAE experience in front desk/patient affairs, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems to maintain accurate records and support patient-centered

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
Minimum UAE experience 2 years in front desk, patient affairs, or healthcare customer service.
Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance processes and DHA standards.
Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients warmly and provide a professional, courteous first impression.
Register new patients and update existing patient records in the system accurately.
Verify insurance details, eligibility, and collect necessary documents.
Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with clinical teams, pharmacy, and billing to ensure smooth service delivery.
