Job summary

Arada in Dubai is seeking a Front Office Ambassador to manage the patient journey from arrival through checkout. You will greet patients, verify appointments, register walk-ins, and coordinate with doctors and nursing staff to ensure a seamless, premium clinic experience.

In this role you will handle billing, generate invoices, process payments, maintain daily reconciliations, and support scheduling of future treatments while upholding exceptional service standards for every visitor.
