Job summary

Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Patient Administration Supervisor to oversee a team delivering patient administration services. You will coordinate billing, medical insurance processes and cash handling while ensuring top-tier patient service.

Requirements include a relevant Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma and 2–3 years of supervisory customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.

Qualifications

• A relevant Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field from an accredited institution.
• 2–3 years’ supervisory customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong computer literacy and MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of medical insurance terminologies and hospital processes.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To monitor and manage the delivery of patient administration services, including the supervision of a team of patient administrators

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

To coordinate and supervise all processes related to patient administration, medical insurance, billing and cash up at the clinic

Lead and manage a team of Patient Administrators

REQUIRED EDUCATION

A relevant Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field from an accredited institution

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

At least 2-3 years’ experience in a supervisory customer service positions, preferably in healthcare
