Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking a dedicated bakery team member to assist in the preparation and service of food for outlets. You will help with mis-en-place, bake daily items, and ensure consistent quality under hygiene standards.

Experience in hotels, restaurants, or professional bakeries is preferred. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining equipment safety and following recipes and labels precisely to uphold Minor Hotels' standards.

Formación

• Experience in a hotel, restaurant, or professional bakery is an advantage.
• Knowledge of bread, rolls, cakes, cookies, pastries, and basic desserts.
• Ability to measure ingredients accurately and follow standard recipes.
• Basic knowledge of dough preparation, mixing, proofing, and baking.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene standards.
• Proper handwashing, sanitization, and personal grooming.
• Correct food labeling, date marking, temperature control, and FIFO stock rotation.
• Safe handling of bakery equipment and ingredients.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and consistency.

Responsabilidades

• To assist in the preparation & service of food, prepare mis-en-place for the outlets as required.
• Adhere to food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality culinary offerings to our guests.
• Continually look to recommend improvements and additions to the Minor Hotels presentation guidelines.
• To keep all working areas clean and tidy to maintain hygienic surroundings.
• Maintain food safety & protection. All food in working areas should be in compliance with food handling techniques, including dating, proper storage, rotation, etc.
• Maintaining and oversee adherence to departmental checklists and cleaning schedules.
• Assisting at events, banquets and other functions as required.
