Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking a pastry team member to assist in dessert preparation and service across outlets. You will maintain mise-en-place, ensure consistent presentation, and support kitchen safety practices.

Candidates should have basic cake decorating, piping, glazing, and dessert plating skills, plus knowledge of baking techniques, HACCP and stock control. Strong teamwork, time management, and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparation and service of food; prepare mise-en-place for outlets as required.

• Adhere to food handling guidelines, dating and storage procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of working areas and utensils.
• Participate in departmental training to improve skills and service levels.
• Assist at events, banquets and other functions as required.
