Job summary

Al Ghurair is seeking a Parts Coordinator to identify and supply the correct vehicle parts based on repair requirements, support workshop technicians and service advisors with timely parts availability, and handle retail and internal parts inquiries professionally.

You will prepare parts quotations and process orders, monitor stock and backorders, coordinate with warehouse and procurement for replenishment, ensure proper receiving and storage, promote parts sales, and drive customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Identify and supply the correct parts based on vehicle and repair requirements.
• Support workshop technicians and Service Advisors with timely parts availability.
• Handle retail and internal parts inquiries professionally.
• Prepare parts quotations and process orders accurately.
• Monitor parts availability and follow up on backorders and urgent requirements.
• Maintain proper inventory control and stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and procurement teams for parts replenishment.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, issuing, and documentation of parts.
• Promote parts sales and identify opportunities to improve revenue.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and achieve assigned parts KPIs and business targets.
