Job summary

AW Rostamani Holdings LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced parts store supervisor for auto workshop operations. You will source parts, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure timely supply to technicians while negotiating supplier costs and ensuring VAT-compliant documentation.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in auto workshop store management, degree/diploma in automobile/mechanical engineering, and a strong grasp of SOPs and 5S standards. English language proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Must have degree/diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in auto workshop store management or automobile dealer/w workshop.
• Strong sourcing and supplier negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of VAT and documentation compliance.

Responsibilities

• Source parts and consumables at optimal cost to protect margin.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and issue items per job cards.
• Uphold 5S in parts department and perform cycle counts.
• Provide accurate parts estimation and supply to workshop within target TAT.
• Ensure correct, genuine parts are received and documented.

Job description

Job Purpose

To ensure effective control on Inventory Parts margin Documentation accuracy workshop store special tools and equipment manuals etc

Job Responsibilities

• Sourcing parts consumables on better price and maintain profitable margin
• Maintain accurate stock levels by promptly issuing the items on job cards
• Maintain 5S in parts department
• Perform monthly cycle count and keep accurate stock levels
• Provide parts estimation to workshop SA Forman in minimum TAT
• Supply parts to technician in minimum TAT
• Verify parts bills and ensure only genuine parts are received in stock
• Ensure the Genuinity of the purchased parts
• Used New Negotiate best price from supplier and maintain healthy relationship with all stakeholders
• Coordinate with registered suppliers and supply parts to workshop in minimum TAT
• Ensure correct documentation of all necessary documents in line with Autotrust SOP
• Ensure the computerized Bills and VAT compliance
• Ensure prompt submission of required documents to finance and keep acknowledgments for future references
• Assist supplier for any payment delays liaising with Finance department
• Part number creation to comply with SOP guidelines for new and used

Educational Qualification
