AQ Motors is seeking a Technical Parts Support specialist to identify parts from digital catalogs, diagrams and serial numbers, verify stock and delivery timelines, and process orders, invoices and returns in the inventory system.
You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat, troubleshoot issues with shipments, and maintain CRM documentation in a fast-paced automotive aftermarket environment. Prior dealership exposure is a strong advantage.
Identify parts using digital catalogs, schematic diagrams and serial numbers. Verify stock availability and estimated delivery timelines for clients. Process orders, invoices and returns accurately within the inventory system. Coordinate shipping and track incoming inventory to ensure timely delivery.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email and live chat promptly. Troubleshoot problems regarding wrong shipments, delayed orders or damaged parts. Maintain documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
1 to 3 years in an automotive parts counter, auto parts trading, spare parts distribution, or a related automotive aftermarket role.
Familiarity with automotive parts catalogs and inventory software (ERP/CRM) or willingness to quickly learn our tools, and working knowledge of vehicle systems and components.
Understanding of major vehicle makes/models, common part categories (engine, suspension, braking, electrical, body parts, etc.), and basic mechanical or automotive terminology.
High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, professional empathy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Prior experience with automotive dealerships, spare parts importers/exporters, auto parts trading companies, or an early-stage startup is a strong advantage.
