Job summary

Al Ghurair is seeking a Parts Coordinator to identify and supply correct vehicle parts, support workshop teams, and handle all parts inquiries. The role involves preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring accurate inventory management to meet service timelines in a fast-paced Dubai workshop environment.

You will coordinate with warehouse and procurement, manage backorders, and strive to boost parts sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction and achieving KPIs and targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and supply the correct parts based on vehicle and repair requirements.
• Support workshop technicians and Service Advisors with timely parts availability.
• Handle retail and internal parts inquiries professionally.
• Prepare parts quotations and process orders accurately.
• Monitor parts availability and follow up on backorders and urgent requirements.
• Maintain proper inventory control and stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and procurement teams for parts replenishment.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, issuing, and documentation of parts.
• Promote parts sales and identify opportunities to improve revenue.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and achieve assigned parts KPIs and business targets.
