Qualifications include a diploma in Material Management, with at least 2 years of relevant automotive parts experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Material Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with parts enquiries (numbers, prices, availability).
• Advise customers on parts use and care.
• Prepare parts estimates, quotations, delivery orders and invoices.
• Support counter and credit sales per procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of return, warranty and delivery policies.
