Job summary

Mintlayer is seeking a Partnerships Manager to oversee the health of active partner relationships and track commitments. You will maintain the partner CRM, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate co-marketing efforts to drive growth.

You will also build onboarding processes for new integrations and produce monthly health reports for senior leadership, supporting the BD team with strategic insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in partnerships or account management.
• Familiarity with crypto exchange and wallet integration workflows.
• Strong organizational skills with ownership of the partner CRM.

• Track all partner deliverables and commitments proactively.
• Maintain the partner CRM with current relationship status, contract terms and expansion opportunities.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing partnerships and brief the BD team.
