Job summary
Mintlayer is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Director to build and manage relationships with custodians, regulated exchanges, prime brokers, and institutional technology providers in Abu Dhabi. You will own high-value opportunities, drive complex negotiations, and coordinate with the Head of Legal and CEO on deal structures.
You will report to the CEO on the partnership pipeline, represent Mintlayer at conferences, and guide cross-functional teams across legal, compliance, and product strategy.
Qualifications
- 8+ years partnerships or BD at director level in financial services or crypto.
- Relationships across institutional crypto infrastructure: custody, prime brokerage, exchanges.
- Experience structuring complex multi-party agreements.
- Board-level communication and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize Mintlayer's highest-value strategic partnership opportunities.
- Own complex multi-party negotiations for strategic agreements.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional infrastructure counterparties at senior and C-level.
- Develop co-investment partnership structures for Interest One with the Head of Capital Strategy.
- Coordinate with the Head of Legal on agreement structures for all strategic partnerships.
- Report to the CEO on strategic partnership pipeline and deal stage.
- Represent Mintlayer at institutional infrastructure conferences.
