Mintlayer is seeking a Comms Lead to unite Bitcoin and DeFi communities with clear, authentic voice. You’ll own social media strategy across LinkedIn, Telegram, and Discord, draft compelling updates, and manage the community through launches and incidents.

You will translate technical progress into accessible language, coordinate with marketing on product activations, and nurture ambassador relationships while shaping outreach across time zones and platforms.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years in crypto community or communications role.
• Strong, authentic writing with no corporate boilerplate.
• Familiarity with Bitcoin and DeFi communities and cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Own Mintlayer's day-to-day social media strategy and execution on LinkedIn, Telegram, and Discord.
• Build and maintain the community newsletter cadence, content calendar, drafting and distribution.
• Manage community health during protocol events, launches, incidents, and milestone announcements.
• Bridge between the engineering team and the community with accessible protocol update language.
• Monitor community sentiment and escalate material concerns.
• Manage the Discord server structure, moderation standards, and ambassador relationships.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing on product launch community activation plans.

Mintlayer s community spans Bitcoin advocates on X DeFi users on Telegram protocol developers on Discord and GitHub and institutional observers on LinkedIn The Comms Lead is the human voice that connects all of them to what the protocol is actually doing

• Own Mintlayer s day-to-day social media strategy and execution X LinkedIn Telegram and Discord
• Build and maintain the community newsletter cadence content calendar drafting and distribution
• Manage community health during protocol events launches incidents and milestone announcements
