Job summary

Mintlayer is seeking a Developer Relations Lead to own the developer documentation, SDK usability, and quick-start tutorials. You will write code samples, integration guides, and tutorials to help developers onboard quickly and produce a productive weekend integration.

You will run hackathons, nurture the crypto developer community, and maintain Mintlayer's GitHub presence while coordinating with global teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years DevRel or technical evangelism at a developer-facing platform.
• Writes code samples and reviews SDKs; cannot code = not suitable for role.
• Experience improving developer documentation to production standard; active in crypto developer communities (ETHGlobal, Bitcoin-adjacent hackathons).

Responsibilities

• Own Mintlayer developer documentation suite; maintain accuracy and improve coverage.
• Write and publish code samples, integration tutorials, and quick-start guides.
• Evaluate SDK usability from a first-time developer perspective.
• Run hackathon programs, prize design, participant support, and project follow-up.
• Maintain Mintlayer's GitHub presence; build relationships with developer communities and influencers.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Own the Mintlayer developer documentation suite maintain accuracy improve coverage and raise quality Write and publish code samples integration tutorials and quick-start guides Evaluate Mintlayer SDK usability from the perspective of a first-time developer Run hackathon programs prize design participant support project evaluation and follow-up Maintain Mintlayer s GitHub presence Build relationships with developer community organizers and technical influencers Produce a monthly developer experience report adoption metrics documentation gaps and common integration blockers
