Job summary

Emerging Travel Group is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales, sign new partners, and manage key travel-industry accounts. You will travel up to 50% for client meetings and events, build strong relationships, and analyze market conditions to expand our UAE presence.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in full sales lifecycle within travel, excellent English, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. Remote work options are available for UAE residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in full sales lifecycle focused on B2B in travel.
• Understanding of the regional travel market and B2B networks.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Based in United Arab Emirates, preferably Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales activities to hit targets and expand presence in UAE.
• Sign up new partners (tour operators, travel agencies, OTAs) and train them on our system.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships.
• Manage an assigned portfolio; provide first-level support.
• Follow up with partners to improve cooperation and training.
• Prepare, execute and manage commercial deals including documents and setup.
• Ensure compliance with commercial terms and payment flows.
• Travel about 50% for client meetings and events.
• Provide market and competitive analysis; report via CRM and internal systems.
• Initiate API deals with partners.
