Job summary

AlFuttaim in Dubai is inviting Emirati professionals for the Patient Relations Executive role. This part-time position offers a chance to provide exceptional customer care at HealthHub Clinics in Jumeirah Village Circle and Festival City. Candidates will be responsible for patient support, coordinating medical information, and maintaining records to ensure high-quality service.

The ideal candidate will be a UAE National with a graduate degree and at least one year of relevant experience, fluent in Arabic and English, and proficient in medical billing standards. The role comes with flexible hours and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• UAE National with a graduate degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in insurance, invoicing, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and medical software systems.
• Knowledge of medical insurance billing, coding, and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end patient support, including scheduling and billing.
• Coordinate medical information flow between patients and providers.
• Ensure accuracy in invoicing and insurance claims.
• Maintain patient records ensuring confidentiality.
• Act as a primary contact point for patient inquiries.
• Support daily clinic operations to enhance patient satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
