Job summary

AlFuttaim in Dubai is looking for a Patient Relations Officer (Part-Time) to enhance patient support at HealthHub Clinics. Ideal candidates will manage front-desk operations, coordinate patient care, and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.

This role requires at least a diploma, fluency in English and Arabic, and 1 year of relevant experience. The job offers flexible hours and an attractive salary ranging from 4000 to 6500 AED monthly.

Qualifications

• UAE national with a minimum Diploma qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in insurance coordination or customer service.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to patients including appointments and inquiries.
• Ensure flow of medical information between patients and providers.
• Act as a liaison for insurance claims and billing follow-ups.
