AlFuttaim is seeking a Patient Relations Supervisor to lead front-office operations in Dubai's HealthHub Clinics. This role focuses on enhancing patient experience by supervising Patient Relations Executives and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Emirati national with a valid family book as required under Emiratisation programs.
• Proven experience supervising administrative, front-office, or patient-facing teams.
• Strong background in customer service, clinic operations, or patient relations environments.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Comfortable working across multiple clinic locations in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Patient Relations Executives across assigned clinic locations.
• Provide hands-on floor supervision to ensure front-office service standards.
• Monitor patient waiting times and service quality indicators.
• Support staff rostering, shift coverage planning, and resource coordination.
• Handle escalated patient complaints professionally.
