Key Responsibilities

• Manage insurance claims processing, billing follow‑up, and payment coordination.
• Handle clinic paperwork, organize patient records, and maintain proper documentation standards.
• Deliver excellent front‑line customer service by guiding patients and resolving service‑related concerns.
• Process cash, credit card, and insurance‑related payments while maintaining transaction accuracy.
• Reconcile financial records and support daily clinic cash handling responsibilities.
