Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services places you with a premium British-curriculum school in Dubai as a Parent Relations Executive. You will act as the main liaison for parents, ensuring timely, professional responses and high-quality service.

You will coordinate meetings and events, foster strong relationships among families, teachers and leadership, and maintain records to drive satisfaction and retention. Fluency in English and excellent presentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 relevant UAE experience in parent relations, school admissions, customer experience, guest relations or premium hospitality.
• Excellent English communication, interpersonal skills and professional presentation.
• Highly organized, approachable and capable of managing sensitive parent concerns and school events.
