Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services partners with a premium British-curriculum school in Dubai to recruit an Admissions Manager. The role focuses on driving student recruitment, enrolment growth and conversion from enquiry to registration, and leading the admissions team.

You will oversee tours, open days, consultations, and onboarding, collaborating with Marketing and Academic Leadership, while maintaining CRM data, forecasts, and policy compliance to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Female, 35 years old and below.
• Relevant admissions management experience within UAE schools; strong sales background will also be considered.
• Excellent spoken and written English and the ability to engage confidently with international families.
• Strong leadership, relationship management, CRM reporting and commercial communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the school's admissions strategy, driving student recruitment, enrolment growth and conversion from initial enquiry to confirmed registration.
• Manage the complete admissions journey, including school tours, open days, parent consultations, applications and onboarding.
• Lead and develop the admissions team while collaborating with Marketing and Academic Leadership to achieve enrolment targets.
• Monitor admissions pipelines, CRM data, conversion rates, forecasts and reporting while maintaining compliance with school policies.
