Job summary

GuestReady in Dubai is seeking an Owner Success Associate to manage a portfolio of property owners and support onboarding, with close collaboration with Account Managers and Operations, Guest Experience and Finance teams.

You'll build strong owner relationships, track requests, prepare performance updates and help owners optimise occupancy and revenue. A great first step into account management with a clear growth path.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a customer-facing role such as customer success or account coordination.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, proactive in follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio support: Look after a portfolio of property owners, answering requests and keeping them informed about their properties.
• Follow-up: Track open requests across your portfolio and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Owner reporting: Prepare performance updates and owner statements, helping owners understand occupancy, bookings and revenue.
• Issue resolution: Address questions professionally and escalate to the Account Manager when needed.
• Records: Maintain owner communications and portfolio data in the CRM.
• Feedback: Share owner feedback to improve the owner experience.

Dubai is a long-term priority market for us, and our UAE team is growing.

The role

As we grow in the UAE, we're looking for an Owner Success Associate to join our team in Dubai. You'll look after a portfolio of property owners, handling their day-to-day requests, supporting new owners through onboarding and working closely with Account Managers and our Operations, Guest Experience and Finance teams. It's a great first step into account management, with a clear path to grow.

Key responsibilities

• Records: Keep owner communications and portfolio information up to date in our CRM.
• Feedback: Share owner feedback and recurring issues to help improve the owner experience.

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years' experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, client support or account coordination
• Clear, friendly communication and a customer-first mindset
• Very organised, with strong attention to detail
• Proactive and reliable: you follow up and see things through
• Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets and CRM tools
• Keen to learn and grow into account management
• Fluent English, written and spoken

Nice to have

• Experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, real estate or property management
• Knowledge of the UAE market and holiday home regulations (DTCM)
• Arabic
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM

You don't need to be an expert in property or revenue management. We'll train you; what matters most is a willingness to learn and care for owners.
