Job summary

SELECTED RECRUITMENT is partnering with an international business to recruit an experienced Account Manager for the Dubai team. You will manage a portfolio of key client accounts, nurture relationships and identify opportunities to grow revenue in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have account management or internal sales experience, excellent communication, and a commercial mindset. UAE experience is advantageous.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded, client-focused professional who enjoys building strong relationships, managing accounts and identifying opportunities to grow business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of existing client accounts
• Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and business partners
• Managing client enquiries from initial request through to completion
• Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and grow existing accounts
• Preparing proposals, quotations and relevant commercial documentation
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintaining regular communication with clients and proactively managing their requirements
• Ensuring consistently high levels of customer service
• Working towards individual and wider team revenue targets

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Previous experience within Account Management, Internal Sales, Client Services or a similar commercial role
• A strong track record of managing and developing client relationships
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A commercial mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities within existing accounts
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
• Previous UAE experience would be advantageous

Salary: AED 13,000 per month + AED 3,000 monthly bonus
