Job summary

Livbnb is hiring an Onboarding Specialist to own the full lifecycle of Dubai holiday home units, from inspection to offboarding. You will coordinate across teams, ensuring each unit progresses quickly and without bottlenecks.

The role requires 2–4 years in UAE holiday homes or property management, strong knowledge of DTCM regulations and permits, and hands-on experience with BOQs, purchasing, and CRM systems. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in UAE holiday homes or property management.
• Hands-on knowledge of DET (DTCM) holiday home regulations and permit processes in Dubai.
• Experience with BOQs, purchasing and supplier coordination, and utilities activation/closure in Dubai.
• Proficient in CRM systems, Zoho Inventory and MS Office.
• Strong English communication and follow-up discipline.

Responsibilities

• Arrange inspections, review reports, identify missing items, prepare quotes, and update all teams in the loop.
• Build and maintain the BOQ for each unit, purchase based on it, coordinate with suppliers, and keep CRM up-to-date.
• Schedule warehouse, operations, inspectors and maintenance, track unit against target dates, escalate bottlenecks early.
• Ensure compliance with DTCM holiday home regulations and permit processes; obtain work and move-in/move-out permits and utilities activation.
• Sign off unit readiness before go-live; record final inventory and compare with handover inventory.
• Manage offboarding from owner notice to final handover.
• Maintain property documentation, keep the CRM and dashboards up to date, report onboarding and offboarding timelines.
