Job summary

Jumeirah Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Duty Manager to join the Front Office team. You will oversee overnight operations, manage guest interactions, and ensure seamless service for our luxury guests.

The role requires strong communication, a second language, and experience in hospitality leadership; you will train staff, monitor bookings, and uphold the Jumeirah standard across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Duty Manager or 2 years as Team Leader in a reputed hospitality brand.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Opera PMS (Cloud) and HotSoS; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent management during overnight shifts to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Manage the JI loyalty program, including addressing pending points and conducting training sessions.
• Monitor daily bookings and handle guest bookings in case of overbooking.
• Maintain lobby and entrance area cleanliness, coordinating with Housekeeping, Lobby Ambassadors and Concierge.
• Document major incidents and important guest feedback in the report.
• Regularly check and maintain input standards (guest profiles, market, source, and channel codes), reporting issues to the Assistant Front Office Manager.
