Jumeirah Living Marina Gate in Dubai is seeking a Duty Manager (UAEN) to join Front Office. You will oversee daily Front Office operations during shifts, handle guest enquiries and service recovery, and lead the Front Office team to maintain premium standards.

Ideal candidates are UAE Nationals with 2–4 years in luxury Front Office roles, strong leadership, and a calm, proactive approach to guest service and operations.

Qualifications

• UAE National (Emirati) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
• 2–4 years Front Office experience in luxury hotel or serviced residence.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day Front Office operations during assigned shifts.
• Serve as primary guest contact for enquiries, requests, complaints, and service recovery.
• Lead, motivate and support the Front Office team to maintain premium standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Concierge and other departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety requirements and security procedures.
