Job summary

Al Zorah Beach Resort is seeking an Outlet Manager to lead daily Food & Beverage operations on site in Ajman, UAE. You will manage staff, ensure flawless service, and align with luxury standards during this pre-opening phase of the Four Seasons Resort Ajman project.

The role requires strong leadership, guest experience focus, and the ability to drive revenue growth while controlling costs. Fluency in English is essential, and prior luxury restaurant experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations within luxury hospitality.
• Strong understanding of luxury restaurant operations, service standards and guest experience management.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Good knowledge of budgeting, cost control, labour management and revenue optimisation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest relations skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and confidence in handling guest concerns.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems, reservation platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing operational priorities.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, hygiene and workplace safety.
• Work closely with Food & Beverage leadership on service improvements, team development and operational initiatives.
• Support the resort’s transformation by preparing teams to deliver the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

A strong background in luxury Food & Beverage operations, paired with a hands-on leadership style, will be essential to success in this role.
