The Assistant Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager in maintaining a high-performing beach bar operation where guest satisfaction, colleague engagement, product quality, and profitability must remain closely balanced. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant General Manager with daily beach bar operations.
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation, product quality, and guest experience.
- Provide active operational leadership during busy service periods.
- Monitor service flow and address issues before they affect guests.
- Support opening, operating, and closing procedures across the outlet.
- Coordinate closely with bar, service, kitchen, and support teams.
- Track departmental KPIs relating to Guest, People, Product, and Profit.
- Review operational performance and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Support initiatives designed to increase guest satisfaction and repeat business.
- Help improve revenue performance while maintaining appropriate cost controls.

Ideal Profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant beach bar experience or closely related food and beverage operations experience.
- Previous international hospitality exposure is preferred.
- Experience within a five-star hotel or luxury resort environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of beach bar or high-volume bar operations.
- Demonstrated ability to support departmental KPIs across guest experience, people, product, and profitability.
- Solid business acumen and understanding of commercial hospitality operations.
- Working knowledge of profit and loss principles.
