Job summary

Al Zorah Beach Resort in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Bell Attendant to welcome guests, assist with arrivals and luggage, and ensure a warm, professional first impression.

You will coordinate with Front Office, Concierge and Transport teams, maintain lobby areas, and support during busy periods as the resort advances toward the grand opening of Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah in late 2026.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Bell Attendant, Porter, or Guest Services in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as French, German, Arabic or Russian are an advantage.
• Strong sense of service, attentiveness, and personal presentation.
• Physically fit to handle luggage and outdoor work.
• Knowledge of local attractions and transportation options is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.

• Handle luggage, deliveries, and storage with accurate labeling and tracking.
• Provide information on resort facilities, services, and local attractions.

• Assist with valet or transport arrangements; maintain safety and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness in lobby, entrance, and luggage areas.
• Handle guest requests courteously and anticipate needs.
• Deliver messages, parcels, and amenities promptly.
• Uphold security and privacy; care for guest belongings.
• Support Front Office during busy periods or events.

The Role of our Ideal Candidate

As a Bell Attendant, you will be among the first and last impressions our guests experience. Your gracious manner, attention to detail, and efficiency will help set the tone for a stay defined by genuine care and effortless hospitality. You will assist with arrivals, departures, luggage handling, and guest assistance while ensuring every interaction reflects warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
