IMEA (India, Middle East, Africa) United Arab Emirates LE_0165-Grome Marketing (Cyprus) Ltd. is seeking an Order Management professional in Dubai to manage quotations, orders, and delivery coordination using SAP.

You will serve as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring timely fulfillment and proactive communication. The role requires 5–7 years in order management or sales operations, strong English and Arabic language skills, and experience in a multinational

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, logistics, operations management, or a related field.
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is considered a plus.
Fluent written and spoken English; Fluent written and spoken Arabic.
Arabic is considered an advantage, especially for customer-facing responsibilities in KSA/GLP.

Responsibilities

Receive, validate, prepare, and issue customer quotations in line with pricing policies and approvals.
Process customer orders and ensure accurate order entry in SAP with pricing, quantities, and terms.
Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle from quotation to closure, including invoicing.
Monitor order availability, backorders, and delivery dates; coordinate with plants, warehouses, and logistics.
Review order status and identify potential supply or delivery risks; communicate alternatives to customers and Sales.
Coordinate order releases and delivery notes; ensure payment terms, prepayments, and LCs are fulfilled.
Monitor deliveries with Distribution Centers to resolve blocks on invoicing or credit.
Review complex, special, and project orders for technical and commercial accuracy.
